Appealing and fairly clean place with a great lobby. I greatly enjoyed the room with a fridge, my bed was comfortable.
The staff were pleasant and accommodating, were waiting for us in the friendly reception. They helped us get a shuttle to all attractions.
Location really close to restaurants as well as shopping area. We could also easily get to a 2.6-acre public plaza. Nice place for exploring San Francisco.
We loved staff and location here. The hotel was located very close to multiple attractions, Chinatown. Also, it was near Chinatown. The restaurant was at a medium distance from the property.

Food was savoury and I have nothing but such great memories from this trip. I had attractive and vintage room with comfortable beds.
The place was good priced. Handy location, exceptionally comfortable beds, quick variety of breakfast food. My standard room was outstanding and unique. I went to a superb restaurant and loved the Arab dishes. Fantastic service and absolutely exceptional workers.

Thank you for the very nice stay at a convenient location. The setting is incredible and unbeatable, close enough to downtown, Chinatown and downtown, conference center and shopping area. Downtown San Francisco district is absolutely worth visiting.
